Complaints Policy: Information and the procedure for dealing with customer complaints: All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially, and effectively with a review procedure in place to eliminate weaknesses and enhance our general level of customer service. If you encounter difficulties either during or following transactions with Thomassports Ltd, please follow the procedures shown below. 1) Report the difficulty online by email or by telephone to our Customer Services Supervisor, sales@thomassports.com 2) The difficulty will be investigated and responded to within 5 working days.
